This experience follows our journey that began in Egypt, stopped in Morocco, Palestine, Syria, and Iraq, Lebanon, Jordan, then went to Algeria. We are so excited to now take you back to Palestine.
For this special holiday edition of Cook With… A Refugee, we will be baking delicious Palestinian treats to celebrate the winter season.
The desserts featured in this class are baklawa, harissa, and qatayef.
This class welcomes young ages with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
